All orders are usually dispatched the following day from when your order was placed. However in times were we are extra busy please allow 1/3 working days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a dispatch email.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Majority of the time upon dispatch our team will notice an insufficient address and get in touch with you. If you believe you have put an incorrect address please get in touch with us ASAP if your parcel hasn't yet been dispatched. We do not process refunds for parcels which have been delivered if the customer has put an incorrect address.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking number via email!
WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE IN?
All our items are securely packaged to ensure your parcel arrives to you safely!
We are bound by Royal Mails terms and conditions listed on their site. If your item doesn't arrive within the estimated time frame, we have to wait 10 working days of dispatch to file a claim.
