1x Foil Silver Happy Birthday Sign (inflating straw and string included)

30x 12" inch latex balloons

600x faux silk rose petals

2x 18" foil heart balloons

6X confetti filled balloons

1x glue dot roll included (alternative to helium)

Please note this is only our suggestion of setting up, you can use this kit however and wherever you like!

First prep your happy birthday sign, the silver foil letters. In order to inflate each letter, find the self sealing valve (circled in red in the image above). Use the inflation straw included to slowly inflate the balloon until it is full. Pinch the inflation valve and the balloon will automatically seal. Repeat for each individual letter.

Now that you have inflated all the letters required, thread each letter using the string attached. Delicately thread each letter in order via the holes at the top of each balloon (circled in red in the image above). Once all your letters have been threaded carefully hang on a surface/wall of your choice.

In your kit you will find 30 latex balloons. Carefully air fill each balloon and tie a knot at the end. If at hand a balloon pump can be used to inflate these. Be sure to not over-inflate these as there is a risk of popping.

Once inflated, cut your desired length of curling ribbon. In your left hand, lay the ribbon across your palm, allowing enough ribbon for a tail to extend from your fingertips. Place the neck of an inflated balloon across the ribbon (neck pointing up) and hold both securely with your left thumb. With your right hand, stretch the neck around the index and middle fingers of your left hand, and then back around to the front. Use your thumb and forefinger to tuck in the neck, making sure to grab the ribbon while making the knot. Remove fingers from the knot. Curl ribbon tail. Repeat for each balloon.

Once ribbon has been attached to each balloon choose the surface you would like to attach these balloons too. We recommend the ceiling to create a helium balloon ceiling effect. Using the glue dot roll provided gently peel each glue dot off and stick to the top of the balloon and then stick to the ceiling. Repeat for each balloon and arrange in a sequence you like.

In your kit you will find two foil hearts. In order to inflate each heart, find the self sealing valve. Use the inflation straw previously mentioned, to slowly inflate the balloon until it is full. Pinch the inflation valve and the balloon will automatically seal. Repeat for each individual letter. Cut two pieces of curling ribbon of your desired length. Place this point of the ribbon just above the valve where you inflated the balloon on the neck. Fold the bottom half of the neck over the ribbon. Then carefully roll the neck up, nice and tightly. While holding this, tie a knot in the ribbon and pull it tight.These balloons are suitable for helium should you like however not necessary. These can also be attached via glue dots to create the balloon ceiling effect.

Stretch the opening of your balloon around the opening of the funnel. Drop the pieces of confetti into the balloon individually. Try to touch the top and bottom of each piece of confetti individually since this creates static electricity. Be careful doing this so that you do not fold the pieces of confetti. The confetti needs to be flat to help it properly stick to the balloon. Proceed to inflate the balloon. Tie the balloon off using a knot. Ribbon can also be tired around these using the latex ribbon tieing instructions mentioned previously, or use however you like.

Lastly, use the faux petals included. Scatter them as you desire or create certain shapes eg. a heart of letters. Enjoy!
